1. Agreement to Terms

4. Investment Risks
INVESTING INVOLVES RISK, INCLUDING THE POSSIBLE LOSS OF PRINCIPAL. Past performance does not guarantee future results. You should carefully consider your investment objectives, risk tolerance, and financial situation before investing.

5. Fees and Charges
You agree to pay all applicable fees as disclosed in our fee schedule. We may modify fees with prior notice. Commission-free trading applies to online US-listed stock and ETF trades.
6. Prohibited Activities
You agree not to:
- Violate any laws or regulations
- Engage in market manipulation or fraud
- Use our services for illegal purposes
- Attempt unauthorized access to our systems
- Interfere with platform operations
7. Intellectual Property
All content, trademarks, and intellectual property on our platform are owned by ZOUESCX Capital. You may not reproduce or distribute our content without permission.
8. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, ZOUESCX SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF OUR SERVICES.
9. Dispute Resolution
Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration administered by FINRA. You waive any right to participate in class action lawsuits.
10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York without regard to conflict of law principles.
